What area do you cover?

Based just ouside of Salisbury, we cover Wiltshire, Hampshire and parts of Dorset.

All of our costs include delivery within our delivery area, but we can absolutley go further afield (a surcharge may apply to cover extra mileage costs).

Can I collect?

Unfortunatley we dont offer collection of any of our props as we need to set them up safely at the event venue.

We can offer collection on some of our balloons, so if you would prefer to collect directly from us, please let us know when you book.

What is the deposit?

We ask for 20% of the total hire cost to secure your booking.  Once you confirm, we will email your deposit invoice, confirming all details of the booking.  Once this invoice is paid, the booking is confirmed.

The deposit is non-refundable.

When is the full amount due?

One month before your event.  If you prefer, you are of course able to pay the full amount at any time leading up to your date, but the full amount must be paid 4 weeks before.

We send a reminder e-mail two days prior to this date and issue a final invoice.
